You changed the title (“Zeiss Milvus(!) lenses announced!”) but couldn’t modify the URL, which corresponds to the former title (zeiss-otus-wide-angle-prime-lens-to-be-announced-today-between-2-3pm-amsterdam-time/).
Nice. The ZF/ZE range in a fancy new jacket, and the weakest links (50/1.4 and 85/1.4) get an improved design. I’m really liking the Loxia meets Otus/Batis look of these lenses. Great stuff.
But now please announce more Loxia and Batis lenses! The 25/2 Batis is a masterpiece.
“Ideal for Sony e-mount” my rear-end! Zeiss has just dissed all Sony e-mount owners by not producing a version of this lens to mount natively on e-mount cameras. Zeiss to Sony e-mount owners: “You are not worthy.”
