Digicameinfo found that Sony manual for accessories proving the existence of god…the Sony RX100M3 🙂
There are no specs of the camera unveiled on that paper but you can see that the new RX camera features a slightly different lens. Likely the 28-100mm f/1.8 2.8 lens Sony patented recently?

A fast lens would be a very welcome improvement, but still a 24 mm wide end is necessary to make a versatile tool for most uses. If they launch such a camera priced about $550, for sure I´d buy it.

Hi Ale, I really do not understand Sony ….. are they cannibalising their own models? Why don’t they have a reasonable release cycle, like every two years: you buy their stuff and they make it obsolete very quickly.
no look at smartphones 1 year cycle or less, the more cameras you push the more you sell, theres always gear heads that buy the newest gear.
The faster lens is a big upgrade for that camera. I’d still like weather sealing and a built in EVF, both of which are unlikely and will keep me waiting for a Fuji X20 update. But the Sony I’m really interested in is the rumored fixed lens medium format camera. A digital Mamiya 7
Have been waiting forever to get some shred of news on that x30. Sony is on the verge of pushing out two updates of RX100 since x20 launch.
