After reading my post yesterday an unserious so called “rumor” site added that there will be a new NX2. That site obviously (as usual) made up the rumor to gain some traffic. So please mark my words. Samsung big CES announcement will not be for a new NX2. Samsung will STOP their digital camera business. The surprise is related to something completely different!

If you already know they would STOP their “DIGITAL CAMERA” business, why do YOU post such a “completely different” rumor on the “MIRRORLESS” RUMORS?
There is a surprise from Samsung. But the info about NX2 is fake. Stop.
So at CES, with fanfare, they’ll tell their current NX customers tu f##k off from their system? It seems so odd.

@Admin, you’re not helping anyone, especially not your own reputation, by denouncing colleagues as unsound, while using obviously false claims to “prove” it. At least if you’re talking about photorumors, and I see no other rumor site spreading such news, they’re simply reporting that such a rumor is floating around in some forums – while explicitly stating “I personally don’t believe this Samsung NX2 rumor”. I have yet to see any such false allegations concerning colleagues on photorumors yet, by the way.
NOpe Photorumors didn’t invent anything. They reported what they read. So they are 100% correct in their behaviour. It’s another site that added the false NX2 info on top of my rumor And that is incorrect!

First time writing here but wanted to share my feeling:
– Samsung full frame sensor and other nice features from NX1 in to the new Pentax full frame camera… (video, hybrid autofocus…)
– Pentax maintaining the samsung mirrorless system under Pentax name and continuing developing maintaining the lens mount and coming out with a better adapter for Pentax lenses.
Not a rumor only a pesonal opinion due to the past Samsung / Pentax relations, lack of mirrorless in Pentax line, filling the big gap of Pentax in video sector… and there is to much mistery from both sides in the last period.

You yourself have generated the very rumor you are hereby denieing.
By posting cryptic messages about a surprise to come naturally people will speculate about a new camera…and when numerouse speculations of that nature appeared on YOUR OWN POST….!!!!
You did not make any comment yourself to clarify or redirect those commentors.
As an Administrator you should take the responsibility to not just post a rumor and then sit back and ignore the comments…..but participate in the discussion as needed to clarify and provide additional insight.
Come on man… I know that the teasing about the “big news” from Samsung is frustrating but there is a timing for everything : the information has probably to be checked with other sources. Honestly your message sounds totally like a “tell me noooooooow what I wanna knooow!!!” And if someone translates his “big news” by a “NX2”, he’s not responsible for that.
Please read carefully the rumor: it says there is a surprise at CES. Not that there is a NX2!!!!!
