Oh now that is cool, i was waiting for something like this (from a more affordable but still reliable brand). Adds a whole other dimension to just the plain adapter, and more importantly no need to detach anything to go back to normal. =)
Does anyone know the price or model number for the Fuji X series?
Now if only Voigtlander would do their M-mount version for E-mount also in X-mount !! (that’s a lot of mounts in one sentence) Although that one is definitely not so ‘affordable’, the quality is there (and resale value).

I use Kipon adapter for 3 Zeiss T* lenses on X-E2 and it’s very good built and quality. Great that Kipon made now macro adapters, I will buy one especially for 50/1.7 T* Planar. I would like to have Zeiss colors on Fuji lenses 🙂
Did I miss the price?
I do wish someone would release native extension tubes, so the 60 could get to 1:1. This might be nice for my OM 50/3.5 macro to go closer than 1:2 when desired.
There’s plenty available now:

You really want to use a long lens. Without that, you have no working distance. This remains imperative to shoot most insects, dew covered spider webs and any other macro work. The 60mm makes you block your own light because you are so physically close to your subject.
Give me some tubes to work on the 55-200 and I’ll be VERY happy. I”ve tried all the other sets. None work worth a darn.
and so none of these work with any of the fujinon lenses?
Not that I can see. I need one to work with the 55-200 for nature work. MUST HAVE WORKING DISTANCE! Short macro lenses are worthless for outdoor nature work.
So am I missing something? Isn’t this just an adjustable extension tube?
It’s more than that.
It’s a combination of a normal adapter and an adjustable extension tube.

Yes, it’s not ‘a extension tube’, it has one built in. It’s just a normal adapter (one would be buying anyway for their vintage lens collection), but adds a huge bonus feature, essentially extending *all* your lenses focal range 🙂
Am I missing something? No adapter to convert X lens into macro?
