Why is Fujifilm still refusing to produce these apps for Windows phone as well?
You obviously don’t run a company or know anything about ROI.
Fuji isn’t going to waste the money or man hours (which is still just money in the end) to develop and app that less than 4% of the entire smartphone market share would use. And lets be really real here. How much of that 4% of world wide windows phone users also want/own a Fuji camera that can use the app?
Not going to happen.
You’re right Bruce, but if the app is coded using one of the many multiplatform mobile studio IDE the windows phone app is almost a click apart 😉
Anyway with windows 10 and the universal apps the same application can run on PC, laptops, tablet and phones. This can be a great advantage. Let’s hope for it
The ios9 beta has been out forever, why didn’t Fuji test this ahead of time and wait a week after ios9 was released to fix it? Glad it’s out tho
When is available an app for Windows phone, or next Windows 10?
I don’t think it will ever come out. Sorry, but the Windows phone is nothing compared to iOS or Android. there probably 20 people uses it and out of those 20 is , YOU that uses Fuji Cameras hahahah
I disagree… I also would like to have the windows phone app! Please Fuji 🙂
(or send me the code and I’ll do it for free 😀 😀 😀 )
Oh, 200% increase!
and how many people uses iOS and have Fujifilm
windowsphone pls
I said it last post regarding the iOS app, but I’ll say it again — Fuji, please open source this so that we can make it better for you & us.
v1.2 Sept 2015 : iOS 9 Support
v1.1.1 Sept 2014 : iOS 8 Support
v1.1 Sept 2014 : “Notifications” & “Tutorials” & Camera Support
v1.0.1 Feb 2014 : More Cameras Support
v1.0 Jan 2014 : Launch
The app has gone practically unchanged since Jan 2014 and it’s almost understandable as FJ is a camera company first and makes great cameras, but there are severe UX issues with the app that have been unaddressed and as someone who uses the app daily it’s really frustrating there is no improvements being made.
it’s a dumb App.
