The digital camera market is shrinking dramatically but Sony seems to have found the way out of the crisis. Their focus is on premium mirrorless system cameras and premium fixed lens cameras.
On a press conference in New York Imaging Resource shared this picture of a Sony slide showing how Sony’s digital camera sales are growing!
Of course Sony doesn’t show their “cheap” entry level compact fixed lens cameras sales. They are basically down to zero 🙂

Haha. You don’t need a super-simplified presentation slide in a meeting somewhere to come to that conclusion. Just walk into a camera shop and ask the staff.
