UDPATE: Things can change very quickly. Right after this post the black kit run out of stock (see the screenshot, where it was marked as “in stock”). So, in case the camera you need is the X-E2, and you want it in silver, act fast, click here and grab it at BHphoto.

My silver body pre-order has been sent to the warehouse for shipment. Hopefully it’ll go out tonight. If not, it’ll be out tomorrow. Either way, by Thursday I’ll have an X-E2 in my hands!

gah…. I pre-ordered a month ago and they didn’t fill my order yet had them in stock? Bummed.
Any idea when Adorama will get theirs out? I’m tempted to cancel my order with them and order from somewhere else. I’m so impatient!

I’m deciding whether I should buy X-E1, which is so cheap now, start to collect XF lenses, and wait until X-PRO2.

Mine shipped today from B&H (ordered on 10/18) – black kit.
Robert, I talked with them a few days ago and they said they didn’t receive them yet, so they just got a shipment today. Look for the shipping email.
My pre-order from Amazon (black X-E2 with 18-55) was shipped 2 days ago and is in transit now. It was ordered shortly after announcement.
