Fujifilm just released the new Firmware for all X-series cameras and for the XF50-140. This firmware adds XF35mmF2 and 1.4x Teleconverter support. X-A1, X-M1 and X-E1 also get Windows 10 support. All download options here. Download the Fuji X-T1 Firmware ver. 4.10 here.
When updateing the XF50-140 FW here, upgrade the firmware of a camera to the latest version first and then upgrade the firmware of your lens.

No added Fn button functionality.
The XF35mm f/2 seems even faster to focus now though. As if it wasn’t plentyfast before!

no. The most reliable source we have so far is Fujifilm France, who officially said via their facebook page, Fujifilm is working on this. A new source told us that it will also bring the new AF-system by the end of the year.
But keep in mind: like witht he X100 firmware, delays are always possible. It will only be released once it’s working 100% reliable

yes. But there could be some “hidden” improvements, that Fuji does not mention. So udpating is always a good idea.

This is just a small compatibility update for all the cameras with the new lenses so I don’t see why everyone is getting in a huff about this ‘promised FN button functionality’. When it comes it will most likely be a in a full update along with other features too.
X-E2 here. I noticed after upgrading that the Dynamic Range entry in Q menu was highlighted in Orange. I select it, roll the wheel, the Orange color is no more and I notice there are only two entries now DR100 and DR Auto.
Or am I missing something?
increase iso or put iso on auto and DR200 will show up in iso 400
