X-T1 shooters will soon be able to download a complete new camera, X-E2 shooters will get some sweet new features and X-E1/X-PRO1 will get a minor update too. The discussion about it is hot in this post here.
But there is also a new X30 firmware, and I won’t miss to share this information here on Fujirumors, too. No new features, just a bug fix. You can download it here: “The phenomenon is fixed that in rare cases, AF lock can be released while pressing the shutter button halfway.”
BTW, the X30 is available for only $509 at cameraland in [shoplink 30061]silver here[/shoplink] and [shoplink 30063]in black here[/shoplink].

What about news on the newly announced macro converters?
I’ve been waiting for the possibility to change the color of the focus peaking on my X-M1 and, again, no good news.
I only hope that they have not already forgotten this gorgeous camera and their –users–.
The X-M1 and X-A1 were a bad move for fuji which cost them. I highly doubt you will receive an update unfortunately.
Would love Fuji to update the following on the next X30 update 😉
1) High-speed electronic shutter with a maximum speed of 1/32000sec.
2) Expanded EV bracketing at least +-3 stops and 5 shots
20) AF+MF function enables seamless manual focusing. After half pressing the shutter to autofocus on the subject, fine adjustment can then be made using the manual focus ring
