The X-deals are back. But only for a few days at BHphoto here. Get an X-body (X-E1 / X-PRO1 / X-M1) and save up to $1,350 on the XF lenses (if you purchase all XF lenses – 23mm not included)!
As I told you before you can also save $180.00 on the Zeiss Touit 32mm f/1.8 and (save $251) and on the 12mm f/2.8 (save $180)! Check the deals at AmazonUS / BHphoto / Adorama / Pictureline
Feel free to use the FR-shoplinks to pre-order your camera/lens. It won’t cost you a single penny extra, but FR get’s a small commission. It’s a great help to keep this site ticking over. Thanks!

If only E-M2 is included… I know I am expecting too much 😉
*X-E2… what was I thinking???
Too much m4/3 rumors? 😉
Just checked and the 55-200 is actually $300 off.
This deal comes with a cost. The price of the X-E1 + kit zoom is back to $1199 from $999 yesterday. Still, these savings are substantial if you want a bunch of lenses.
X-Pro 2 please…
Keep that up long enough and one day it’ll come true.
That is the plan…
Unfortunately, if it comes soon, it may not have the improvements most people are looking for, based on the specs of the X-E2.
That said, I love my X-Pro 1
Nikon’s upcoming DF “retro” camera, on the other hand, if it isn’t a tank, may be a great second camera to fill in the gaps of the X-Pro. We will see within the next few weeks. If it is small enough, which is doubtful, it could be a fantastic camera…
When my dad was alive he used to say. “Show me the money you saved buying that….”. He had a special disdain for coupon clippers. It’s true — if you’re spending money to save money you’re not saving money.
Nothing “wrong” with buying a camera and an extra lens or two and getting a lower PRICE as a result. But you aren’t “saving” money if you have to pay more than what you save.
Same as women’s logic
“I bought that those on sale. I save you a lot of money.”
“No, If you don’t buy those on the first place, you save me a lot more.”
And that is why both of you probably live alone:) Just ask my long-suffering wife. Buying lenses is good! But only if you need the lenses. I will likely get the 60mm because (1) it is $200 less than the best price here and (2) I was buying it anyway. I was going to pay the higher price but the $200 is a BONUS!
Don,
You have to buy the camera to get the deal on the lenses is how I read it.
And no — I’ve been married 20 years, thanks.
The lens is $200 less when purchasing the camera for $200 more than what other places are charging. In the end, you save nothing unless you are also picking up additional lenses in which case, the savings will be stackable.
