  1. I have not tested the NX1 – but I see many who have tried it where not so excited about the tracking AF – meaning like in the case of the Sony A6000 – it is advertised as to have this super tracking focus –
and he’s it has a high burst rate – but in practice not that many usable images – unlike the Nikon 4Ds 🙂 of course not a fair comparison due to price – but I own the Sony A6000 and my take is the same – yes high burst rate but not that many sharp focus images – so out of 10 shots 5-6 usable and 3 sharp – I found the Fuji Xt1 to be a tad bit better – and I am feeling that is the case with the NX1 –
Everyone agrees on the IQ – super sharp – of course with a good lens – but this ad of the AF did not pause and shows us the individual frames – I have many miracles that can take 15 frames similar – but it is not until one examines each frame one will be able to see unusable – usable – sharp –
Which someone would do a test for us

    1. First thing I did on the NX1 was turn the Continuous High shooting rate down to 8 fps, as 15 is totally unnecessary for what I do 🙂 Same with continuous focus, not commenting on it yet since I haven’t used it enough to learn it, but even with 50-150mm f/2.8, I don’t think it will predictive focus as well as pro Nikon/Canon. Is the camera a great camera over all? Absolutely.

      1. For an aps-c mirrorless camera costing 1600€, it’s a shame if the tracking focus is poor compared to dslr. You can consider it a great camera, but I don’t if the af performance is the one showed in the first reviews. Not enough for its price.
