The Fuji 56mm f/1.2 is in Stock in USA at Adorama (Click here). It’s a terrific lens for a good price. Keep in mind that Micro Four Thirds camera owners will have to spend $600 more to get a similar lens like the Nocticron 42,5mm f/1.2!
So go for it!

That’s a kind of lens that gives greatness to a system. Well done fuji.
I know near everybody is asking a lot of money for a fast standard lens these days, but these prices are too high. Of course this is not the Otus madness, but still $1000 for a 56 mm prime lens for APSC format is more than most people are willing to pay. I see Fuji applying heavy discounts in the near future.
argh. too expensive. what was Fuji thinking?
If you think Fuji priced it too high try finding one in stock. They are flying off the shelf as fast as they come in
It’s difficult to believe that people find this too expensive, considering the prices of the Canon and Nikon lenses or for that matter, the micro Four-Thirds lens, though that is Leica-branded.
There is always the manual Rokinon/Samyang/Bower lens.
