Until now we saw product pictures only but today Sigma displayed some real Quattro DP cameras at the CP+ show in Yokohama. And from the pictures you see how it will look once you hold it in your hands.
Huge but comfortable 🙂

It looks ghastly.
It still looks terribly uncomfortable to me. I will be shocked if reviewers actually say that this is more comfortable to hold than other similarly priced/sized cameras.
The thing I just don’t get is why Sigma won’t release an interchangeable lens version of the DP series (even if it’s just a Sigma mount and these 3 lenses are the only options for it that don’t require an adapter). Obviously nobody wants their dslr body (the SD-1) because CaNikon’s bodies are better at the $2k mark, but I’m sure their DP series would sell much better if they didn’t force people to buy 3 bodies ($2,700) to get the 3 focal lengths offered! They have a unique product in the sub-$1,000 mirrorless category in that it’s the only one that comes anywhere close to offering picture quality on par with D800 and A7-R, but only offering it with a fixed lens is cutting off the potential sales numbers as the waist.
This reminds me of early designer prototypes for digital cameras back in the day when no one knew what shape they would take and industrial designers went nuts.
“The 80’s called. They want their digital camera designs back…”
