I have the eye cup and it works great for us eyeglass users
I spent some time with the X30 at the Fujifilm showroom. Wonderful piece of machine. Even the IQ is pretty good up to ISO1600. The pro-lowlight mode is very useful if you want to get even cleaner lowlight shots. Many detractors are attacking this camera without even trying it out. The IQ is so good. Of course, strange that Fuji did not put a 1 inch sensor in it. It would have been a runaway success in terms of marketing, if it is still priced the same or even slightly higher..
At least on paper it looks like it could be a nice and very portable second body. When you say IQ is pretty good … did you get a chance to go away with your pictures and look at them on a large computer screen ?
