Not only Lightroom 5.5. Adobe made several announcements (LR mobile for iPhone, Photoshop Mix, Creativa Cloud plan for permanent $9.99, new features…). Read more here at Adobe.
LR 5.5 now supports RAW’s of the weather resistant super zoom Bridge FinePix S1 (the camera is now $100 off at BHphoto and AmazonUS)

No iPhone 4 support for LR mobile though 🙁
And for the first time, the desktop version is lagging behind on Photoshop Camera Raw features (brushing gradient filters). Either another LR update is going to follow shortly, or version 6 is imminent in some form.
And also of course the: “Fixed issue with Fujifilm X-T1 raw images appearing too bright at high ISO settings when using Dynamic Range 200% and 400%. Unfortunately, this fix may affect the appearance of existing images captured with this combination of settings. It is recommended that you (1) purge the Camera Raw cache via the Preferences dialog, and (2) review images shot at ISO settings higher than 1600 for unexpected brightness changes.”
Question, has the green foliage watercolor issue for Fuji cameras in Adobe Lightroom been fixed? I am not up to date if it is an issue any more.
It is still an issue.
What a bummer. With Aperture on the out, I might give Iridient + Nik a spin.
It’s not as much of an issue if you aren’t overly aggressive on sharpening. It hasn’t stopped me from using Lightroom.
