  1. On YouTube the video description says: “The retail price will be: Zeiss Touit F2.8/12mm 729€, Zeiss Touit F1.8/35mm 999€” and on his Website http://www.pch.be he’s offering the X-Mount versions of the 32mm for €729.00 and the 12mm for €999.00 – so will the E-Mount versions really become more expensive?

    1. No. The RRP is the same, the street prices will be lower (these prices may be a good indicator), it’s only that this store doesn’t have the E-Mount lenses.

And don’t forget: We still don’t know if the official RRP really is €750/€1099 – that’s only what some stores said.

    2. Odd, isn’t it? The Fuji version has an aperture ring while the Sony version has nothing! I will wait for the Austrian prices of 649 Euros. 🙂

      1. Indeed, Admin, perhaps you can ask your sources about it?

Or maybe the x-mount ones are not fully auto

      2. Indeed, the austrian prices on the 24mm Zeiss lens were much cheaper than in the rest of Europe (especially at the beginning), and that was originally the reason why I bought one. Let’s hope we have luck again with these Touit lenses!

      3. It’s kind of disappointing. When I do some quick unexpected shots, I usually set the approximate distance and aperture using the rings on my legacy lenses while the camera is booting up and I notice the difference every time I use my native E mount lenses.

  2. Thanks! For those wondering, it’s not odd that the Sony version doesn’t have the aperture ring as Sony’s mount doesnt support it. Electronically it can’t talk back to the body about the aperture set manually on the lens from what I read.

    1. I agree totally! This is ridiculous.
Admin take a break instead when you don’t have any news/rumor.

  3. Stop nagging – would you!!?? &%§$§X& !!!!

Some people like it – guess even more than some!

  4. Ok Sorry. Go on unboxing!!
I just thought Admin could show the work of some Sony photgraphers or something instead?

  5. Great, these are two beautiful lens.
However, old style fuji cameras are ugly.
I’m wait for combination of new Zeiss lens and NEX.
