  1. admin will there be any rumors about gh4 firmware (log video mode) update? I am thinking about buying one this month but still don´t know if I should maybe wait for september announcements

  2. Let’s break the 10.000 Facebook foolower barrier 🙂 . . . Really?? . . . “foolower”??
    Perhaps you mean follower. 😉

  3. I like this site and i check it every day but… I don’t like it enough to sell my life to Fool Book !

  4. Panasonic’s advanced fixed lens cameras are waiting in the pipeline for a long time, they also haven’t updated either the G or GF series (not holding my breath for a GX8). Oly will bore us with the E-PL7, but may surprise with their own fixed lens cameras. E-M5 successor will not come this year. Lens news are basically non-existent, there’s just a small backlog of announced but unreleased lenses. So the most interesting news is going to be fixed-lens cams …

  5. FB is worst place for sharing photos it has limit 100kb … all bigger is downsampled

its funny that people spent thousands of eur/usd on gear… in worst case make endless discusions how FF is superior and senzor size mathers it all and then put pics on FB with 100kb limit

    1. So would you like to be able to upload full resolution files of your pictures? Everyone already screams that FB steals their masterpieces the second they click the upload button.

Whether you’re an enthusiast who just wants to expose your photography to the largest audience possible or a professional looking to grow a new business, completely avoiding the single largest and most visited networking site on the planet is foolish. If you have other means to network/promote your photography that work for you, then that’s great, but that doesn’t change the value of Facebook.

Networking is the key in any successful business. There are those who embrace it and there are those who fail.

      1. for me it would be enough if I could make it 1600pix longer size in full jpg …without compresion …on flickr I post only resized to 1600 without jpg compresion and the size vary from cca 800kb to 2.5mb ….

or it could be eg. like on mu-43 where you actualy share the link from flickr and the photo is always downloaded …so not stored on mu-43

what I really hate on fb is, that I do nice pic of my childs…want to post it to fb to share with my family and with 100kb I get nasty arctefacts right on the face
…then I think …why I spent so much money when the result is THIS

        btw I print too..

        1. Agreed. What’s more painful is that Google+ implements exactly the kind of support for high-resolution pictures I would kill for to see on Facebook (as good or better than Flickr’s). Sadly, only few people have any use for Google+.
