I got this question surprisingly often today, so I thought to address it in a dedicated quick post: the Fujinon XF50mmF1.0 R WR will be released on September 25 according to AmazonUS.
Curiosity: it seems to sell fairly well at AmazonUS, where it is marked as #1 new lens release.
