ON1 RAW Will Support Fuji X-Trans Soon
ON1 PHOTO RAW announced on their site they will support Fuji X-Trans Soon! They will also start working this winter on the film simulations profiles, which will be out in 2017.
With this move, ON1 responds to the huge feedback they got from customers asking to include the Fuji X Trans support to their new Photo RAW Project. In fact, amongst the Top 10 ideas for the Photo RAW Project, the Fuji X-Trans Support was the 2nd most requested option.
“We see this request almost everyday. Photographers want great processing from their Fuji X-Trans sensors. […] We are working on our decoding of X-Trans RAW photos now. I hope to have some examples soon for everyone to look at. Photographers also want to take advantage of the film-based looks that Fuji offers in-camera. This is something that we will start work on this winter and will be part of a free update next year.”
You can still join the discussion and submit your own ideas at on1.com/blog… and maybe push the X-Trans support to the first position 😉
