Thanks.
Any Link for germany , Patrick ?
Rather than Macro tube, Fuji should have introduced real 1:1 native macro lens with OIS, or at least improve XF60/2.4.
11+16 for 40 euro both and I will buy them 🙂
Very expensive!! you can buy a 50mm macro manual focus and a tamron 90 macro 2.5 and both adapter for less than 200$….
I just use Fotga. It’s $50 for a set, and the quality isn’t bad at all.
Judging by photos, these MCEX tubes are rebranded Fotga or some similar CCC.
The reviews on the Fotga and other brands aren’t reassuring. Lots of quality control issues from reading the reviews. I’m hoping that Fuji makes their owns and provides QC.
Frankly, I don’t see “lots” out there. Just two reviews on Amazon (both got lemons), and one dude at Luminous Landscape forum repeating what he wrote on other sites. He’s got a lemon too.
Other than that, I see quite a few happy campers, myself included. Extension tubes are just this kind of thing… you dont’t feel the need to write a “review” about it, unless yours are lemon.
And lemons do happen with CCC.
Just like their cameras, these extension tubes are losing value very quickly.
The price is too expensive and it does not help to get 1:1 magnification.
I prefer an adapter and decent true 1:1 manual macro lens.
