I’m not going to buy from these guys unless I can help it: https://twitter.com/NoahBershatsky/status/533844035488595968
I ordered my Fuji lens today on Amazon from a seller with great feedback (@ 12:01 a.m. PST) It’ll be here next week.
I ordered two days ago from Kenmore and it got to me already!!! The sharpness thing is no joke. Neither is how large it is. I see why they did the image stabilization because without it, it would be impossible to shoot without a tripod. What an amazing piece of glass.
I ordered one from them today and will have it next week. They have an extremely high reseller rating on EBay with tons of positive feedback. If you go on their site, they are a pretty large brick business as well in business since 1974. Maybe you just got a bad camera that someone returned. I doubt anyone has had their hand on the lens i ordered. They have a return policy as well. I guess we will see.
Enjoy the sharpness and despair at the bokeh
have you used it?
Have you used the Nikon 800mm f5.6? It’s amazing, read the reviews. Try some for the 200mm f2 and say the Canon 135 f2 or 70-200 2.8 etc etc. Good lenses tend to get good reviews without shills shooting around their problems…No Bokeh for you!
So apparently bokeh fanboys are as annoying as smartphone fanboys. Who knew?
